The Process

Step One

Discovery call & Proposal Sent

When booking a Strategy call you will also have an agreement, invoice and form to complete. This will help me prepare prior to the call.

After our call, we will go over as many of your key services as we can in the 90 min time limit.

Step Two

The Fun Begins!

During the call we will cover your most important services first, generally the most complex first is best. I will provide suggestions on ways to streamline processes for both you and your clients.

Step Three

Within 2 business days of our call you will receive you full content directory, workflow setup guide and implementation guide to helping you set up the remaining features of Dubsado.

As a bonus you have access to another 30 min call with me should you need any extra guidance in the first 30 days.

As a bonus in the strategy call package, you have 1 30 min call you can use within 30 days of the strategy call to help answer your questions

Will you help me migrate from another system?

Of course! Dubsado has free migration services to import details like client names, their invoices/contracts, etc, which I can handle the process of. I will also take note of the features and tools used in your other CRM to work out how to best implement them in Dubsado

What if I change my mind and want you do do the full setup

If you find setting it up yourself is taking to much of your time, you can upgrade within 30 days to the full DFY service minus the cost you paid for the strategy call. After 30 days it will be full price.
