The Process

Step One

Discovery call & Proposal Sent

After our call, if I feel I am a good fit to complete your build, you will receive a proposal.

If you’re happy with the proposal and ready to move forward, you’ll simply need to sign the agreement and submit a 50% deposit. 

From there, we’ll be well on our way to creating a Dubsado system that will take your business to the next level.

Step Two

The Fun Begins!

Once payment has been made, I will send you two questionnaires, one to be completed before our road mapping call and one after. These help me come to our call prepared and ready to hit the ground running.

 

During our 2 hour road mapping call we dive in to your current and dream client journey and strategize the best way to replicate that in Dubsado. We plan the ways It will automate your steps and gather a list of information I will need from you to complete the build.  

After our call, I get stuck in to automating your business!

Step Three

Testing & Final stage

We are getting closer to the finish line! In this stage, I’ll be putting your Dubsado system through its paces to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Here is where  the remaining 50% of your invoice is due and you will receive walkthrough videos explaining your workflows. 

Next we jump on a final handover call to answer any questions you may have. 

But don’t worry – I won’t just leave you hanging! You’ll receive a handover guide and 60 days of support to help you get started with your new system.

The entire process takes about 4-6 weeks from start to finish,
